The House

This 5 bedroom estate is situated in Southold, NY, within minutes of Kenney's and McCabe's beaches. Nestled on 1.1 acres, this home features an expansive landscaped yard with a heated salt-water gunite pool and spa, al fresco dining, private outdoor shower, gas fire-pit, playground and modern interior living areas.

The primary suite is located on the ground floor, with french doors leading out to the pool and landscaped gardens. The spacious primary bathroom has a jacuzzi bath-tub and walk-in shower. In addition to the primary bedroom, there are 2 additional en-suite bedrooms in the house. All bedrooms are outfitted with organic cotton sheets and towels, down duvet comforters, Casper mattresses and pillows and black-out window treatments. If you're traveling with another family or grandparents, there is a private guest suite in the west wing of the house with a king bed, 2 twin beds, a living room with sofa and smart tv, wet bar, walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a professional Wolf gas range with oven, GE Monogram refrigerator, wine fridge, GreenPan, All-Clad, Staub and Le Creuset cookware, a Vitamix, mini-chopper, KitchenAid mixer, immersion blender, and modern indoor and outdoor dishware, perfect for enjoying dinners in any one of the 4 dining spaces (2 indoor and 2 outdoor). On the main outdoor dining deck, you’ll find a gas Weber Genesis grill with a side burner and dining set up for 8 people. As you step out of the eat-in kitchen, you’ll find an additional side patio with hanging rattan chair, perfect for reading. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and offer privacy around the property.

The main living room can be found on the main floor of the house, alongside the eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, primary suite, playroom, mudroom with laundry and 2 powder rooms. In addition to the main living room, there is a media room on the 2nd floor with a large comfy sectional and TV, perfect for movie nights.

For those traveling with kids, the house has been set up for maximum kid fun so parents can relax while on vacation. There is a playroom which has a teepee, table and chairs for art projects, a mini chalkboard, bean bag chairs, toys and books. There is also a small television in case the kids want to watch a movie or their favorite show. On the property, there is a large playground which has swings for babies and kids, a rock climbing wall, binoculars, slide, monkey bars and a sand pit. There is also a little hideout with a picnic table within the structure. For beach days, you'll find sand toys and a beach wagon to transport little ones or beach gear. Cribs are available upon request.

This house is located in Southold, NY within a 10 minute walk to two beaches (Kenney's Beach and McCabe's Beach) as well as a newly opened restaurant at Kenney’s Beach, Little Fish. Horton’s Point Lighthouse is a 25 minute walk. It's 2 hours from New York City. Many of the best restaurants, wineries, and beaches are under a 10 minute drive from the house.
